The spirit of 18th century English mahogany is revived in the Bloomsbury, with its impressive

cabinet of Honduras mahogany nearly seven feet tall.

The regal pediment and curved base are inlaid with matched crotch grain mahogany,

hand finished in our Mahogany Vintage finish to heighten the beautiful

characteristics of this rare wood.

Additional inlays accent the carved shell motif, recreated

from the mid-18th century shell design of celebrated cabinet maker John Goddard.

The locking pendulum door is set with laterally crowned glass. Adding dimension to

the polished brass weights and large 10.5 INCH lyre pendulum. The dial door opens to reveal

a brass finished moon phase dial with polished brass Arabic numerals and individually

cast and gold-plated corner spandrels.

The triple chime, cable-wound movement plays Westminster, St. Michael and Whittington chimes

with dual shutoff options.
