The Howard Miller Trieste is an impressive, highly detailed floor clock capturing the style of Southern European traditions. This clock is as attractive from the side as it is from the front. The stepped flat top pediment offers front angled corners with a dentil molding just below the top. The finish is distressed for an aged, old world look. The door features a decorative raised molding framing the door glass, flanked by columns that are attached at 45 degree so they also look great from the side. The large, easy to read dial offers raised applied black Roman numerals on a surface where there will never be any glare. The brushed antique brass lyre pendulum features a decorative antique gold finished center disk to complement the dial. The weights and pendulum are finished in a matching brushed antique brass.

The base is multi-tiered base and features angled corners with a beautiful book matched olive ash burl inset panel in the front. Beveled glass is found throughout the entire clock. Lightly distressed finish in Hampton Cherry.

Adjustable levelers under each corner and locking door for added security.

Cable-driven, German made Triple chime Kieninger movement plays Quarter hour Westminster, St. Michaels and Whittington melodies with full hour count. Automatic nighttime chime shut-off and all chime silent option.
