Sessions "Chippendale" Clock This stately little clock
was designed during the Colonial Revival of the 1930's and 40's, when
our design sense harkened back to our "quaint" beginnings. No
mantle was complete, therefore, without an appropriate clock. Sessions altered the "pillar and scroll" style by omitting the dainty (and often damaged) bracket feet. The movement is a Sessions seven day time and strike piece, striking the hour and half on a coil gong. Circa 1930
